ORDER PROCESS
When you place an order on our website you will receive an email confirmation of your order and product details. Once payment is completed the item will be dispatched for delivery
PRICING AND DELIVERY
All prices exclude VAT at the applicable current rates and exclude delivery charges. The customer must pay delivery costs, which will be detailed at check-out.
Items will be dispatched 5 to 10 workings days after receiving cleared payment. Estimated delivery date details will be provided via email once payment has been cleared
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities
RETURNS
You have a right to return your order for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days after receipt. Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted on unused, undamaged merchandise.
Customers must provide notification of their intent to return any item via email.
Customers are liable for return and reshipment costs on all returned items. We advise that you insure these items as we will not be liable for items lost in transit.
All items returned for exchange or refund must be received within 14 days of original receipt.
We will refund items via the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving items in undamaged condition

Photographs are taken as accurately as possible however colours in the photos may slightly differ to the finished product.
